Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Kristie Young, the RPMH April Employee of the Month. She is a Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker (LBSW) and joined the RPMH team in 2011 as our Medical Social Worker. She is a graduate of Denver City High School and University of Texas Southwestern. In her nomination, a co-worker described Kristie as someone who "goes above and beyond in her duties as a Social Worker." The nomination also said "She has a beautiful smile that immediately connects with patients and their families. She is a definite asset to our department and to RPMH!" Kristie facilitates a monthly Caregivers Support Group meeting, participates in New Employee Orientation and served on the Tobacco Free Campus Steering Committee. Kristie lives in Sweetwater. She has two daughter-Morgan, who will graduate from West Texas A&M University in May and Blake, who will graduate from Sweetwater High School in May.
