• Establised in 1985, serves Nolan, Fisher, Mitchell, Scurry, Coke and Taylor counties
• Services provided under a doctor’s care for qualified, homebound patients:
• Skilled nursing care
• Physical therapy
• Speech/language therapy
• Home Health Aide services
• Cost may be covered through Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, or Private Pay
