Patient Financial Services
RPMH’s Business Office is pleased to provide the service
of filing insurance for our patients. We request that you present
your insurance/Medicare/Medicaid card(s) at the time of registration
to help insure accurate and prompt payment on your account. Please
review your insurance carrier’s requirements for pre-certification/pre-authorization
prior to admission. Our registration staff will scan your card
into our computer system for our records; however we do ask that
you bring your card(s) each time so that we can verify our information.
If you have any questions regarding your bill, please contact
one of our friendly, well-experienced staff members who will be
happy to assist you. Our average experience is twelve years dealing
with the sometimes confusing and frustrating billing issues that
may arise on your account.
Our office is staffed Monday thru Friday 8am to 5 pm. Please
contact us with any questions regarding your hospital bill or
to request an itemized statement at 325-235-1701 and the following
