Visitation
Our visitation hours are 7:00a to 9:00pm- 7 days a week. We ask that you wear a mask when visiting a patient or when in the doctor’s offices. Please DO NOT visit if you have a pending COVID test, are positive for COVID, or have any of the following symptoms:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
If you have a doctor’s appointment and have any of the above symptoms let your doctor’s office know prior to your appointment. There are extra precautions in place for symptomatic patient to be able to see their doctor or nurse practitioner.
COVID Testing
Symptomatic
If you have COVID symptoms or have had an exposure, call our COVID testing line. 325-235-1701 then press #1 and leave a message. Someone will return your call. COVID testing is Monday through Friday. This is only a test for COVID results. No treatment will be provided.
Need travel clearance, procedure clearance, or nursing home clearance
If you have no symptoms and need COVID testing for travel clearance, procedure clearance, or nursing home clearance go to outpatient lab in Building B (across the parking lot from the ER). The hours are Monday through Friday 7:30a- 4:00p. It is best to get your test done before 11:30a to have results by the next day.

COVID Vaccines
Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital, Doctor’s clinics, and Rolling Plains Health Clinic have the MODERNA vaccine. Anyone 18 and older can receive the vaccine. Contact your doctor for more information or call 325-235-1701 then press # 2. Leave a message and someone will call you back to let you know a day and time to get the Moderna vaccine.
If you have had the first dose of the Moderna vaccine here at Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital, we will contact you on or after your 28 days to set up for the second dose.
