The Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital Rural Health Clinic provides quality medical care for the whole family. This clinic allows the hospital to provide the community with excellent healthcare in a fast and caring manner. Our staff is here to help with everything from minor emergencies to more serious health concerns.
Walk-In Clinic
One of the primary functions of the Rural Health Clinic is to provide the citizens of Nolan County with a healthcare facility that does not require an appointment in advance.
If a member of your family develops a healthcare situation, our team of Nurse Practitioners and Medical Doctors are here to help during when your health problem arises.
Scheduled Appointments
To make coming to the Rural Health Clinic as easy as possible for our patients and their families, you can also schedule an appointment during normal business hours. Scheduling an appointment allows patients to know when they will be seen without having to wait for the next available caregiver.

Other Services
Outpatient Lab Services – Patients that need bloodwork can schedule an appointment and have that taken care of through the clinic.
Behavioral Health Services – We are proud to be able to provide Behavior Health Services to Sweetwater and the Nolan County surrounding area.
Operating Hours:
The RHC will have Walk-in Only 8am to 12pm on Friday November 24thand Saturday November 25th.
The RHC will be closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

7:00 am – 8:00 am Walk-In Clinic
8:00 am – 5:00 pm RHC Hours
4:00 pm – 6:00 pm Walk-In Clinic
Friday:
7:00 am – 8:00 am Walk-In Clinic
8:00 am – 5:00 RHC Hours
Saturday:
8:00 am – 12:00 pm Walk-In Clinic
