Behind the Paychecks: Rhonda Guelker Powers Our Payroll Revolution

RPMH has a new payroll system. After intensive research and negotiation by Rhonda, a system was selected. There were weeks, days, and hours of preparation. Rhonda was instrumental in gathering and approving information before, but the hours she has spent on it since implementation are countless. She has been in meeting after meeting and has spent hours poring over reports, making corrections so that every employee receives correct pay. It has not been an easy task. We have gone from a paper system to a fully automated system that brought Human Resources into the 21^st century. Rhonda has been on top of each and every question, and it is common for her to be up at all hours of the night doing research and answering each question. She is an advocate for the employee, a fact they will never know. In addition to this huge payroll change, she has her regular work responsibilities as well as a family life that has been unusually busy this year. She has maintained her composure and patience and worked tirelessly to pay everyone correctly and get our new system set up perfectly. There are very few people with a work ethic and sense of responsibility that is as strong as hers. It is a pleasure to announce Rhonda Guelker as Employee of the Month.
