I have worked with Cindy for over 20 years now, and she is not only a great nurse and takes wonderful care of her patients, but also an amazing team leader. Any time Cindy is asked to step up and work extra in her department, whether it be flipping to nights or working an extra day, she is always willing to help. If I need help in another department, she is also willing to float and help. I see her precepting students, and she is so kind and patient with them. Cindy has all the core values needed to be employee of the month: compassion, excellence, accountability/stewardship; she is a great asset to me and her department.
