My story with Joan...
She is remarkable. Truly a joy to be around and always is very time effective and follows through with all my requests or concerns. Everyone knows that you don't get a bonus or paid extra just for being kind and compassionate. Joan is a wonderful RN, but she truly goes beyond being a wonderful RN. She has a huge heart, she is funny, she lightens the mood, and she is always smiling. I feel truly blessed that God crossed our paths. I will never forget you, Joan. Thank you so much for keeping me tonight, and also thank you for making me smile. God Bless You, Joan. As a patient, I was extremely grateful to meet you. As a person, I was very happy to meet such a funny, down-to-earth woman.
