Lisa Bohall Has Been Selected as the Employee of the Month for February

Lisa Bohall, BSN, RN is the February Employee of the Month at RPMH. Four co-workers nominated Lisa that stated:  Lisa has served as a Night Charge Nurse for the last 2 years. During her tenure, she has embarked on each shift with tenacity, energy, and motivation to give top-notch quality care. Most recently, Lisa embarked on a shift that involved the care of a critically ill pediatric patient. Due to weather issues, this patient was not able to transfer out of our facility until the next morning. Throughout the entire shift caring for this tiny human, Lisa coordinated efforts amongst multiple departments, comforted a terrified mother, and stood in the gap until a higher level of care could be arranged. The actions she took that night, are of the norm we on Med Surg have come to know and love about Lisa, and just one of the reasons she deserves this honor. Lisa is dependable, fierce, intelligent, strong, hilarious, uplifting, and motivated.
